working late at the crisis line

I'm staying late to help out a co-worker monitor the calls of one of his staff. The unfortunate part is that none of the phones have rung in nearly 40 minutes. The staff are all sitting around talking and laughing. I managed to get a lot of work done, but did not accomplish my goal of monitoring calls. I'm not staying late again. Sorry Stephen. I'm just not that nice.
