The random observations, thoughts, ramblings and true tales of a 33 year old, small town gal living it up in the big city (AKA St. Louis, MO). I like to tell stories about the things that mean the most to me: my family (including my new baby niece Kendall!) and friends and, of course, my Chicago Cubs (you have NO idea how hard it is to be a Cubs fan living in Cardinal Country!)....you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll hopefully laugh some more. Happy Canada Day to, well, Canadians. I mean, I'm just guessing that they ("they" being Canadians) are the only ones celebrating this blessed holiday. Although, if my boss wants to let me go home, I'll celebrate it too. No? I especially want to wish my favoUrite Canadian, DJT, a very happy sleeping in/not working day. Sorry your holiday had to be in the middle of the week and not on Friday like mine. ;)
