Shut the f**k up, Mark McGwire
Sorry for the fowl language, but are you effin kidding me? Did anyone hear the audio of Mark McGwire FINALLY admitting the worst kept secret in America (about as shocking as it was when Clay Aiken came out of the closet, just sayin)-that he used steroids during his heyday? Did you hear him CRY like a damn baby. Get over yourself dude. You SHOULD feel terrible, you SHOULD apologize to the fans and you SHOULD apologize to Roger Maris and his family. You CHEATED a-hole. Just because it was the thing to do back then doesn't make it ok (if everyone else jumped off a bridge, would you Mr. McGwire? I didn't think so). I really don't care that the day of your press conference was "the hardest day of your life". No sympathy. I actually respect the guys who admitted it up front more than him-he waited and LIED this whole time. Zero respect for you sir. Zero. This is the end of my rant. Thanks.

Hey KD, I watched that last night, it appeared like bad acting to me. I was almost embarrased at some parts of it. You could tell that he felt sorry, but not sorry for the fans or the Maris family or baseball, he felt sorry for himself and wants us all to say "Ah gee wizz Mark, it's ok, we forgive you buddy, no worries"
Oh and he sat there and said that Larussa had no knowledge that he was taking roids.........BULLSKITTLES!
Larussa had to have known, most coaches know what goes on with their players, especially when it is something that changes your physically.
LaRussa was probably the one shooting him in the ass w/the needle! LOL!
I wouldn't doubt it.
I think more will come of this as opening day approaches.

the eye is good Blue, thanks for asking! I'm telling you Clear Eyes dry eye drops are a MIRACLE CURE! The other day i started to have the telltale signs of it acting up, I put a couple drops in and voila-it went away! :)

I was cheering against McGwire hitting 70 as much as anyone, but baseball didn't ban steroids until around 2002. I don't like him, but it's not cheating if he wasn't breaking the rules.
