Miss Health Department-what's up with the mumps outbreak?

Ok, I'm pretty sure I don't want to get the mumps. I don't actually know what they are, but they can't be good. Red, what is the Health Department doing to save the community from this outbreak? Inquiring minds need to know....

Rest assured the citizens of St. Charles County are safe...not sure about stl co. and stl city though...ha! :)
